Never danced Rock before?
Our four French 4 Beats Rock beginner workshops are designed especially for complete beginners! (French 4 Beats Rock is the French equivalent of Modern Jive and Country Swing, with a few minor differences.)
Do you want to learn to rock dance quickly and effectively?
In one weekend we allow you to discover and master the basics of Rock, so that you can then join our year-round Rock Lessons and our Rock Evenings without any complexes!

Practical details and prices
Each workshop stands alone, and the 4 workshops complement each other.
Each beginner workshop lasts 3 hours, and we offer 4 different workshops (Spaghetti, 3 Tapes, Barrage and Espagnole).
The workshops are independent of one another. You can take them in any order you like, or even just one to start. The names “Spaghetti, 3 Tapes, ...” simply tell the sessions apart so you don't sign up twice for the same module.
A full workshop weekend (Saturday + Sunday) equals about 5 condensed weekly classes: a fast, effective and fun way to learn the basics and progress in record time!

Join our weekly classes
The season has already started and you'd like to join our classes?
You can absolutely join our weekly beginner classes, even after the season has started!
So that you can keep up easily and progress at the same pace as the rest of the group, we simply ask you to take one or two beginner workshop(s), depending on the time of year.
In practice:

From September to mid-October : you can join the classes directly, with no workshop beforehand.

From mid-October to mid-November : one beginner workshop (3h) is required to catch up.

From mid-November to late January : a full workshop weekend (6h) is needed to bring you up to speed.

From late January to mid-February : two full workshop weekends (12h) are needed to bring you up to speed.

From mid-February : unfortunately it is too late to join this year's classes. But don't worry: you can still take part in all our weekend workshops and join us in September for the new season!
Our workshops are the ideal bridge into the beginner classes, even mid-year, while ensuring smooth and enjoyable progress for everyone.
