With a scientific background (ESTP, Building Studies) and having danced 4-Step Rock since 2002, I turned dance into my profession in 2016 by creating Rock 4 You..

I've always considered dance as a mechanics of the body, where fluidity of movement is essential. Every fluid dance is therefore another victory for science!

Every Monday, I welcome you behind the bar with my smile and slightly offbeat humor. Even if I'm hiding behind the bottles or on the dance floor, I'm never still! With my impeccable style and dresses that twirl (and twirl some more), it's impossible to miss me.

Passionate, kind, and radiant, I firmly believe that good music, a drink, and a few rock 'n' roll dances can save any day.

My mantra? That you leave the bar with a light heart, a smile on your face… and stars in your eyes!

I dove headfirst into the world of 4-Step Rock in June 2022 and haven't looked back since.

As a passionate musician and pianist for almost 30 years, dance immediately became my new instrument.

For me, dance can be summed up in one word: connection. Connecting with your body, with the music, and with your partner. I want to share the tools so that everyone can create their own space for the duration of each song, expressing creativity and connection.

Arriving in Paris in 2017 to study art history and management, I rediscovered 4-Step Rock at Télécom, and later alongside Cédric.

With extensive experience in Rock and several swing dances (West Coast Swing, Lindy Hop, Charleston, solo Jazz Roots, 6-Count Rock), I have been teaching at Rock 4 You since 2018 and am also a competition judge.

Eager to share my passion, I aspire to support all those seeking to improve their dancing in every way.

Dancer since the age of four, I've explored many dance styles (Modern Jazz, Classical, Tap, Street Jazz, etc.). When I discovered 4-Step Rock, it was love at first sight!

Today, I share this passion with a clear goal: to create a space where everyone feels comfortable and welcome. A place where you dare to try, where you laugh at your mistakes, where you leave with a huge smile and a little boost of confidence for the future.

Sharing, fun, and a cheerful attitude define me as a dancer.

I started 4-Step Rock at the end of 2017 and, over the years, I've developed my style, gained confidence, and discovered a new way to express myself through dance. A teacher at heart, I love sharing my passion in class, in a spirit of respect, active listening, and collaborative exchange. A network technician by trade, I'm also a certified first aid instructor. Come get me if anyone faints!

Arriving in Paris in 2018 for my studies, I discovered Rock nights almost by chance, and I immediately found a real passion for dance.

Since then, 4-Step Rock has been the rhythm of my weeks and has given me a real breath of fresh air. Smiling, energetic, and full of enthusiasm, I would be delighted to join you at parties, whether through classes or acrobatic moves.

As a fiery redhead, I'll get you swinging!

I started dancing very young, first at the conservatory studying Contemporary Dance, before joining a Swing school at the age of 12.

​

When I'm not backpacking across France, I perform as a musician/dancer for restaurants, businesses, and weddings.

Walking with me can be full of surprises; I never rule out an impromptu dance in the street or a Moonwalk when a subway corridor seems too boring!

Having been captivated by dance from a very young age, I've been immersed in it for 26 years and I'm never tired of it.

With a background in management and being highly versatile, I'm equally comfortable assisting with the various logistical and administrative aspects of the school as I am twirling on the dance floor. My unfailing smile is my greatest asset in juggling all the tasks entrusted to me.

I'm happy to share this passion with everyone!

I officially started 4-Step Rock in January 2018. From parties to events, I also discovered West Coast Swing, which allowed me to broaden my dance repertoire.

A country girl at heart, already bursting with energy, I've always been restless. Since 2019, I've been studying 2D animation and animated film: cartoons, Disney songs, and creative worlds are definitely part of my daily life.

​

I discovered 4-Step Rock quite by chance in February 2020, and I was immediately hooked. Class after class and party after party, I now have the privilege of sharing this passion.

My goal? For everyone to feel good, comfortable, and to enjoy dancing to the fullest.

I discovered 4-Step Rock and Rock 4 You while studying at business school, working as an usherette at parties.

This experience quickly turned into a thrilling adventure that opened the doors to a world I only knew from afar.

My background is in Modern Jazz and Cheerleading, which is completely different from 4-Step Rock. But to my great surprise, I really love this kind of dance, which is truly accessible to everyone!

Passionate about dance, I started with classical ballet at the age of 5, which I practiced for 15 years, interspersed with years of Modern Jazz and Contemporary Dance.

My goal? To learn as many dance styles as possible!

I discovered 4-Step Rock in 2016 and quickly became a devotee. Always smiling (even hyperactive!), dance is an integral part of my life, and I hope to continue sharing this passion with as many people as possible for a long time to come.

I started 4-Step Rock in 2017 as a student, then as a teacher and president of Pic'n'Rock and Acrockeur, the Rock and Acrobatic Rock associations at UTC. After moving to Paris, I joined Rock 4 You, for even more dancing and good vibes.

I run "Neurchi de Rock," where you can find plenty of rock 'n' roll jokes.

In life, the important thing is to dedicate time to what really matters: tartiflette, dancing Rock, ... If you have a question or just want to dance, come say hi, I don't bite (unless you're a tartiflette)!

As a fan of 4-Step Rock and computers, I'm the stereotypical geek nerd. Yes, I know how to fix a printer, yes, I do hacker stuff, and yes, I'm always up for dancing to some crazy rock music.

I fell in love with 4-Step Rock in 2007, and since then, Rock nights have brightened my weeks.

Thanks to this dance, I've made wonderful friends, gained confidence, and discovered a unique feeling of connection with my partner and the music.

Driven by sharing and passing on my knowledge, I love introducing people to everything 4-Step Rock has to offer, far beyond just the steps.

Coming from a background in Hip-Hop and Breakdancing, which I've practiced since 2010, I discovered 4-Step Rock in 2018 and it was a true revelation. I found in it a dance of sharing, connection and expression, within a community driven by passion and collective energy.

A big fan of stylistic variations, I prioritize dialogue, self-expression, and intensity in dance.

For me, dancing is a release, a way to let off steam, and a moment of respect.

I discovered 4-Step Rock in June 2019, without realizing at the time that I was about to be caught in the gears of an unstoppable machine, a powerful drug that thankfully does wonders for both body and mind.

After the pandemic, I started teaching and DJing at parties, a role I particularly enjoy. Curious and passionate about both the technique and the history of 4-count Rock 'n' Roll, I love sharing and contributing to the development of this dance.

I didn't choose dance, dance chose me.

​

Trained in Classical Ballet from childhood, I lived abroad for over 15 years, discovering numerous cultures and dance styles: Peruvian folk dances, salsa in Gabon, Bollywood-style choreography in Tunisia, and more.

I discovered 4-Step Rock in 2017, a dance that immediately captivated me. For me, dancing is expressing oneself beyond words, giving life to music, and igniting an inner flame.

I discovered 4-Step Rock in Belgium in 2012, where I taught it for 10 years. I also had the opportunity to learn several Rock styles (Belgian, Versailles, Friesian, Swiss, etc.) through classes and parties across Europe.

Having arrived in Paris in September 2025 to join Rock 4 You, I also practice English and Viennese Waltz, and I participated in a competition in North Carolina (Bronze level) where I won a prize. As the Belgian member of the team, I'm a big fan of Acrobatic Rock. So, don't hesitate to get me twirling around at the next party!

Like many little girls, I started sports with dance. At just 5 years old, I was already taking Modern Jazz classes.

After moving, I wanted to continue dancing and try a new sport. So I switched to Baton Twirling, which I practiced for over 10 years, until my studies took over.

I started 4-Step Rock when I returned to ESTP, where Cédric taught classes. I got hooked and started going to his parties in Paris. Today, I dance whenever I can, and I talk about it to everyone I know!

Having arrived in Paris from my native South of France, I may have missed out on a bit of sunshine, but I discovered an absolutely fantastic dance and community. And if there's one regret I have, it's not having discovered 4-Step Rock sooner. Since the end of 2023, this dance has become central to my life, to the point that I sometimes wonder how I ever managed without it. Passionate about its history and evolution, I'm convinced of 4-Step Rock's potential, and I want to contribute to its development, both in Paris and beyond.

The best Rock is when the dancer doesn't touch the ground!

Having learned to 4-Step Rock relatively early, I immediately understood the joy it brought. During my post-secondary studies, I had the opportunity to organize a Rock show full of acrobatic moves. In just three months, we managed to put on a high-quality show!

Today, Cédric trusts me to teach acrobatic moves, but you'll also see me behind the bar in the evenings, serving beers, and enjoying a few myself!

At the end of 2012, I discovered 4-Step Rock while accompanying friends to Rock Télécom. I was immediately captivated by the dance and its atmosphere.

Since 2015, I have been teaching my own classes, both at Sciences Po and the University of Créteil, as well as privately. Also a Waltz instructor, I take classes in Puerto Rican and Cuban Salsa, Bachata, and Tango to continually enrich my dancing.

​

My goal is for each dance to be a moment of exchange and dialogue with one's partner.
