Rock, an essential dance
 Discover an accessible dance, easy to learn, quickly rewarding. Learning to dance Rock is immediate, simple and you will directly benefit from it. You will appreciate the absence of basic steps, triple steps, imposed solo movements. We do not count the beats, we just dance in rhythm to the music.
 Dance to music you know and love. That's the great strength of Rock Dance: you can rock to any type of music. Whatever the era, style, rhythm, from the 50s to today, as long as the music is in 4 beats (like 95% of music), you can dance to it!
 Boys become independent in 4 evenings, girls from the first. Since learning Rock mainly consists of walking in rhythm on the dance floor, dancing Rock is quite clear. The more movements you master, the more independent you become. Once the first movements have been acquired, the progression is linear, continuous, without limits. We then focus on technique thanks to the concepts developed in this Rock Tour Basics course.
 Develop your own style, give free rein to your creativity, play with complicity with your partner. The tremendous freedom of Rock Dance allows you to stick as closely as possible to the music you are listening to. The exchange between dancers is appreciated all the more as you adapt to the music you are dancing to. You can then add accents, styling, steps, kicks, in short, as many elements between technique and aesthetics as we will teach you in this 3-part training.
